ANNQuest is committed to supporting its users with transparency and fairness. We’ve adopted a clear cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience across all our services and products.

1. Cancellation Requests

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3–5 days of purchase/plan activation and before substantial usage of the digital service. Once the plan features have been extensively used, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

2. Digital Service Delivery

Our products and subscription plans are delivered digitally via your ANNQuest account. There is no physical shipping involved.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The service has not been accessed beyond minimal or preview usage
  • There is a genuine technical issue preventing access which cannot be resolved by our support team

4. Technical Issues / Service Mismatch

If you experience technical problems or feel the service is not as described, please contact our customer support at annquestinfo@gmail.com within 3–5 days of activation. Our team will review your request and decide the appropriate resolution.

5. Warranty Claims

In case of complaints regarding services or products that come with a third-party warranty, please refer your issue to the manufacturer.

6. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved by ANNQuest, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
