Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3–5 days of purchase/plan activation and before substantial usage of the digital service. Once the plan features have been extensively used, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
Our products and subscription plans are delivered digitally via your ANNQuest account. There is no physical shipping involved.

In case of complaints regarding services or products that come with a third-party warranty, please refer your issue to the manufacturer.
If a refund is approved by ANNOVEX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
